The anesthesia team operates within a well-supported perioperative model, providing broad exposure to cases across multiple surgical specialties.
Key Responsibilities:
The Anesthesiologist will join a collaborative anesthesia team providing care across a broad range of surgical procedures.
Core responsibilities include:
- Delivering anesthesia services across diverse surgical cases, including pediatric, orthopedic, urology, bariatric, general surgery, OB, and GYN procedures.
- Supervising CRNAs within a medical direction model.
- Supporting perioperative patient care before, during, and after procedures.
- Collaborating closely with surgical teams and hospital staff.
- Participating in a rotating schedule, including weekend coverage.
Qualifications:
Candidates should meet the following core requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology.
- Completion of an accredited anesthesiology residency program.
- Eligible for medical licensure in a relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
- Experience or comfort working within a CRNA supervision model.
- Strong clinical and collaborative skills.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
The following qualifications are considered advantageous:
- Broad-based general anesthesiology experience.
- Interest in a hospital-based practice with a diverse case mix.
- Strong communication and team-oriented approach.
