Position Description:

A General Labor associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse and production operations by performing a variety of physical and manual tasks. This position requires flexibility, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while following company safety guidelines.

Responsibilities:

Assist with loading and unloading products and materials.
Label, pack, palletize, and shrink wrap merchandise.
Sort and organize inventory in designated areas.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse or worksite.
Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads.
Perform repetitive tasks while meeting productivity standards.
Inspect products for quality and report damaged items.
Assist with shipping and receiving duties as needed.
Operate basic warehouse equipment safely.
Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
Support additional warehouse or production tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred but not required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to follow directions and safety guidelines.
Flexible schedule and willingness to work overtime when needed.
