Key Responsibilities:
The General Surgeon will join an established surgical practice, providing a full scope of general surgical care within a hospital-based setting.
Core responsibilities include:
- Performing a broad range of general surgical procedures.
- Participating in an on-call rotation schedule (1:3).
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary medical team.
- Utilizing advanced surgical technologies, including robotic-assisted systems.
- Delivering high-quality patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Qualifications:
Candidates should meet the following core requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery.
- Eligible for medical licensure in a relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
- Eligibility for DEA registration.
- Strong clinical and surgical skill set.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based care environment.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
The following qualifications are considered advantageous:
- Experience with robotic-assisted surgery.
- Interest in working within a community-focused healthcare setting.
- Strong patient communication and care coordination skills.
