Key Responsibilities:
The selected attorney will manage complex healthcare and employment litigation matters from inception through resolution.

Core responsibilities include:
  • Developing and executing litigation and defense strategies for institutional and corporate clients.
  • Drafting and arguing substantive motions, pleadings, and discovery materials.
  • Taking and defending depositions of corporate representatives, medical professionals, and key witnesses.
  • Representing clients in trials, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings.
  • Collaborating with multiple practice groups on complex business disputes.
  • Supporting operational improvements and litigation process optimization initiatives.
  • Managing sophisticated matters across state and federal jurisdictions.

Qualifications:
Candidates should meet the following core requirements:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Active bar admission in New Jersey, with New York admission or willingness to obtain it promptly.
  • 7+ years of litigation experience focused on healthcare, employment, or commercial disputes.
  • First- or second-chair trial experience.
  • Strong deposition, courtroom advocacy, negotiation, and legal writing skills.
  • Experience managing complex litigation matters independently.
