The practice is distinguished by its trial-focused approach, offering attorneys hands-on experience in sophisticated litigation and meaningful involvement in high-value cases.

Key Responsibilities:
The Associate will be involved in all phases of complex litigation, working closely with senior attorneys on high-profile matters.

Core responsibilities include:
  • Managing cases from inception through trial and appeal under partner supervision.
  • Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other substantive filings.
  • Conducting legal research and contributing to litigation strategy.
  • Managing discovery, including document review and written discovery processes.
  • Taking and defending depositions and participating in hearings and trial preparation.
  • Communicating with clients, experts, and co-counsel to support case progression.

Qualifications:

Candidates should meet the following core requirements:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
  • Active U.S. bar admission, or the ability to obtain admission in a relevant jurisdiction.
  • 3–5 years of litigation experience within a law firm environment.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

The following qualifications are considered advantageous:
  • Experience in financial disputes, securities litigation, or complex commercial matters.
  • Strong drafting experience with briefs and motions.
  • Courtroom exposure and deposition experience.
  • Ability to work effectively within lean, trial-focused teams.
