About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Process Engineer to join a leading engineering and technology organization supporting the aerospace, energy, and industrial sectors.
In this role, you will help develop, improve, and support manufacturing processes for complex turbine and engine components. You will work closely with Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams to ensure efficient production, high-quality output, and continuous process improvement.

What You'll Do:
- Design and develop fixturing and tooling for turbine and engine components.
- Create and support CNC programs for milling and grinding applications.
- Partner with Operations and Quality teams to ensure production efficiency and part quality.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean tools and methodologies.
- Lead cross-functional projects involving new designs, repairs, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to introduce new parts, technologies, and manufacturing processes.
- Identify and implement innovative solutions that improve manufacturing performance.
- Support process development and optimization within a complex manufacturing environment.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of engineering experience in aerospace, industrial gas turbines, or a similar manufacturing environment.
- Experience supporting mechanical design and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling and CAM programming.
- Experience with multi-axis milling and grinding.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Siemens NX or similar CAD/CAM software.
- Experience with Okuma or similar CNC equipment.
- Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing standards and regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of FAA PMA or DER-related guidelines.
- Experience working with turbine components, aerospace engines, or industrial gas turbines.
