Job Title: Package Handler / Shipping & Receiving Associate
Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Package Handlers / Shipping & Receiving Associates to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling packages, operating RF scan guns, and assisting with shipping and receiving operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, sort, and move packages safely and efficiently.
- Use RF scan guns to track inventory, shipments, and product locations.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damages.
- Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and packaging.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming merchandise.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times.
- Meet daily productivity and attendance expectations.
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Previous warehouse, shipping & receiving, or package handling experience preferred.
- Experience using RF scan guns required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
- Basic communication and teamwork skills.
- E-Verify.
- Bilingual preferred but not required.
Work Environment:
- Warehouse setting with frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting.
- May require overtime, weekends, or flexible scheduling depending on business needs.
Schedule: 6pm to 2:30am
Pay Rate: $17/hr
