Job Description:
A growing, privately held healthcare organization is seeking a Psychiatrist to join its expanding integrative mental health practice.
This is a newly created position supporting the organization's broader growth strategy. The Psychiatrist will provide clinical care to clients while collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team to determine appropriate treatment approaches and support comprehensive, whole-person care.
The role offers an opportunity to play an important part in building and shaping an expanding psychiatric service, with significant scope for the position to develop over time. There is also potential for the successful candidate to transition their existing practice into the organization.
What You'll Do:
- Provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment to clients.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support integrated client care.
- Participate in case discussions and coordinate treatment approaches with other providers.
- Contribute to the development and growth of the psychiatric service.
- Help establish clinical processes and best practices as the service expands.
- Support a comprehensive, client-centered approach to mental health and wellness.
- Potentially develop and lead a growing psychiatric team as the service evolves.
What We're Looking For:
- Licensed Psychiatrist eligible to practice in Minnesota.
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
- Interest in integrative, collaborative, and whole-person approaches to mental healthcare.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Entrepreneurial or growth-oriented mindset.
- Interest in helping shape and develop a growing clinical service.
