Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Recruiter to join our team and help us find, attract, and hire top-tier talent. In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process—from initial sourcing and screening to managing the interview pipeline and coordinating offers.
The ideal candidate is a relationship builder who understands how to pair talent with opportunity, leverages data to improve hiring metrics, and acts as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles, ensuring a smooth, positive, and professional candidate experience.
- Sourcing Strategy: Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, job boards, and industry-specific portfolios or communities.
- Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner closely with department heads to define role requirements, establish ideal candidate profiles, and align on hiring timelines.
- Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, cultural alignment, and career motivations.
- Pipeline Management: Keep our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) meticulously updated to track candidate progress and maintain a clean, collaborative pipeline.
- Offer Negotiation: Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations, reference checks, and coordinating with onboarding teams.
- Employer Branding: Represent the company at networking events, career fairs, and online to build a strong talent brand and community presence.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of proven success in full-cycle recruiting (agency, corporate, or hybrid environments).
- Tech Stack: Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport quickly.
- Organization: Strong time-management and multitasking skills—capable of managing 10 to 15 active requisitions simultaneously without breaking a sweat.
- Consultative Approach: Ability to advise hiring managers on market trends, compensation data, and effective interview techniques.
