- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, forecasts, and resource plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, software, controls, and external vendors.
- Translate customer requirements into clear project deliverables and execution plans.
- Manage customer expectations, scope changes, and commercial impacts.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, status reports, and risk registers.
- Support design reviews, integration planning, commissioning, and production readiness activities.
- Partner with commercial and engineering teams during proposal development and project planning.

- 7+ years of experience managing complex technical programs involving automation, robotics, tooling, capital equipment, manufacturing systems, or engineered products.
- Experience within aerospace, advanced manufacturing, industrial automation, robotics, custom machinery, or similar technical environments.
- Strong technical credibility with engineering and manufacturing teams.
- Working knowledge of mechanical systems, controls, PLCs, robotics, software integration, or automated equipment.
- Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and customer deliverables.

- Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Primavera, or similar.

- Comfortable balancing technical complexity with commercial objectives.
- Strong communicator capable of navigating ambiguity and competing priorities.
- Practical problem solver who can align customers, engineering teams, and leadership around successful outcomes.
- Thrives in highly collaborative, fast-paced technical environments.
