About the Job
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient workflow within the facility. The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for inventory control, shipping and receiving, coordinating staff activities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring safety procedures are followed at all times. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management 
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform routine cycle counts 
  • Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are processed correctly and on time 
  • Communicate with drivers, vendors, and internal departments regarding shipments and deliveries 
  • Monitor warehouse supplies and equipment to ensure operational efficiency 
  • Assist with scheduling and assigning daily tasks to warehouse staff 
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners when needed 
  • Ensure products are stored properly and warehouse areas remain clean and organized 
  • Follow and enforce company safety policies and procedures 
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies or shipping issues 
  • Prepare reports and maintain documentation related to warehouse activities 
  • Support management with additional warehouse and administrative duties as assigned 

Requirements:
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Basic computer and data entry skills.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Forklift certification is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
