Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Bilingual Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, experienced with material handling equipment, and committed to maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. This role is critical in supporting our growing operations and ensuring smooth communication across our diverse team.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate sit-down forklifts, stand-up reach trucks, and/or pallet jacks to move, locate, and stack products.
Load and unload trucks, containers, and rail cars.
Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs.
Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately according to pick tickets.
Maintain inventory accuracy through proper scanning and documentation.
Assist with general warehouse duties including receiving, shipping, and housekeeping (5S standards).
Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and drivers in both English and Spanish.
Follow all OSHA, company, and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bilingual: Fully fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written) – required.
Minimum 1–2 years of recent forklift experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
Valid forklift certification (we can provide training/recertification if needed).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in various temperatures.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Basic computer skills (RF scanners, inventory systems).
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Must be able to pass drug screen and background check.
