Position: Lumper / Warehouse Laborer
Job Type: Temporary
Location: Carson, Compton, Anaheim
Job Description:
We are currently seeking dependable and hardworking Lumpers to assist with warehouse loading and unloading operations. The ideal candidate is comfortable with physical labor and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload boxes, cartons, and pallets from trailers and containers.
- Break down and stack products safely and efficiently.
- Sort, organize, and palletize merchandise.
- Assist with receiving and shipping operations as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Work efficiently as part of a team.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous warehouse, loading/unloading, or lumper experience preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move materials for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well with others.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Safety shoes/steel-toe shoes may be required.
- Must be willing to work flexible schedules, including overtime when needed.
