Position: Lumper / Warehouse Laborer

Job Type: Temporary

Location: Carson, Compton, Anaheim

Job Description:

We are currently seeking dependable and hardworking Lumpers to assist with warehouse loading and unloading operations. The ideal candidate is comfortable with physical labor and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

Load and unload boxes, cartons, and pallets from trailers and containers.
Break down and stack products safely and efficiently.
Sort, organize, and palletize merchandise.
Assist with receiving and shipping operations as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines.
Work efficiently as part of a team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Previous warehouse, loading/unloading, or lumper experience preferred.
Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor throughout the shift.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move materials for extended periods.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to follow instructions and work well with others.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Safety shoes/steel-toe shoes may be required.
Must be willing to work flexible schedules, including overtime when needed.
