The Opportunity:
A leading specialist recruitment firm is hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join its high-performing Quantitative Finance desk. This is a revenue-focused role for an experienced 360 recruiter who wants to operate in a high-value market with significantly higher fees and earning potential. You’ll inherit an established client base while having the autonomy to grow your own desk and maximise billings in one of the most lucrative areas of recruitment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Run a full 360 recruitment desk within the Quantitative Finance market.
- Build and grow relationships with hedge funds, trading firms, and investment institutions.
- Place high-calibre candidates including: Quantitative Researchers, Quantitative Traders Quantitative Developers Risk & Model Validation professionals.
- Headhunt and engage top-tier, niche talent.
- Drive new business development and expand existing accounts.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement.

Requirements:
